Dennis Mix

Dennis Mix is Pinnacle’s Chief Financial Officer. His primary responsibility is to oversee internal and external financial reporting, forecasting and accounting systems to ensures the integrity of financial records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Mr. Mix is well versed in establishing account functions, systems best practices, and automation strategies to streamline accounting functions and drive cost savings through the robust use of company preferred ERP.

Mr. Mix earned an M.B.A (Finance) from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Athens University. Prior to earning his degree Mr. Mix served in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S Army Chemical Activity, Pacific (USACAP) at Johnston Atoll Chemical Agent Disposal System (JACADS).
