Attention Huntsville employees! In addition to the regularly scheduled HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) offered since October 2018 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00 AM in the gym, we are now considering to offer Yoga classes regularly as well. We have offered a couple of classes since in April and we are excited to hear positive feedback.

Introducing Shayna McKee Tuttle:
“Five years ago I decided to give yoga a try. I used YouTube videos to practice at home, then began going to a studio a few months later and was completely hooked on the effect it had on my body AND my mind. Now, I’ve been a RYT 200 hour yoga teacher for 3 years and love sharing the practice with anyone willing to learn. My training was in vinyasa style yoga, and I love finding new ways to move dynamically, challenge balance, and create connections between body and mind. What I love most is you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga, you just have to show up and do the practice. Every body is a yoga body!”
