Tina Tucker

Tina is responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating the operations of the entire organization to help ensure the achievement of established policies, goals, and operating objectives.  Additionally, she provides executive oversight in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operations; participate in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of key business and performance goals and short- and long-term strategic planning and objectives;  as well as evaluating and approving plans, budgets, programs, and policies.

Tina’s previous roles at Pinnacle include assignments as a Software Engineer, Project and Program Manager, and Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, in which she was responsible for the strategic growth and operations of Pinnacle’s training system and virtual product development teams – a portfolio that supported aviation, ground, and maritime systems for commercial, Department of Defense, special operations, domestic, and international customers.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Project Management.  Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2008, she began her career as a Software Engineer for aviation training systems at Rockwell Collins STS.
