In her role as Vice President of Talent Management (TM), Mrs. Springer is responsible for providing executive direction to her talented and lean Talent Management team and customer services to internal and external Pinnacle customers. She and her team provide full-spectrum TM support to include recruiting and onboarding, employee relations and morale, and retention initiatives, union negotiations and relations, compliance, training, benefits administration, and compensation decisions.
Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2017, Mrs. Springer spent over 13 years in Human Resources with large Department of Defense Contractor organizations. Mrs. Springer holds an MBA and BBA in Human Resources. She also holds a Professional Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
