Richard Sneed

Rich Sneed is the Vice President of Services at Pinnacle Solutions, and as such, provides executive direction to multidisciplinary teams to ensure that domestic Service programs and projects remain within the cost, scope, and schedule. He assists the company in reaching goals and objectives related to the respective Business Area’s sales, productivity, profitability, and industry penetration; identifies priorities and improves efficiency with the goal to exceed quality, safety, and customer expectations.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy. After graduation, he served in various U.S. Army logistics positions at Fort Hood, Texas supporting the maintenance and readiness of troops and their equipment in garrison and deployments. With his unit, Rich deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Vigilant Warrior. Once Rich transitioned out of the U.S. Army, his civilian jobs included several positions at Emerson Climate Technologies, Director of Nation Building Programs at Agility Defense and Government Services, and Global Sales & Marketing Senior Manager at Boeing supporting US Army services and international programs.
