Pinnacle Solutions started as a vision of how a company should be. Having worked for a few different companies before starting Pinnacle, founder Mike Durant wanted to make sure we operated in an environment where people could focus on the mission as much as they could enjoy coming to work. This was key.
With that kind of growth come these questions: can we keep up the momentum? Are we making the right hiring choices? Are we bringing the right people on board to ensure the continued success of the organization? Are we communicating the essential cultural aspects of Pinnacle to new employees? We think the answer is yes to all of these. In a recent strategy session, we characterized our philosophy as Mission First, People Always — and we all agree, as simple a phrase as it sounds, it describes best our priorities, our focus, and our world.
Pinnacle Solutions is an employee owned company with a broad range of experience in Training Device Development, Modifications, Technical Publications and Engineering & Training Services. With proven cost, schedule and technical performance on a number of successful contracts, Pinnacle has demonstrated the capability to successfully execute tasks in each of these four product/service lines.
