Pinnacle Solutions, Inc. was recently awarded a 6-month Extension of Services contract extension supporting the KC-10 Training System.  The six-month extension valued at over $14 million is a firm-fixed-price effort that supports the original contract awarded to Pinnacle in December 2015 by the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.

Under this contract, Pinnacle operates and conducts training using Weapon System Trainer full-motion simulators, Flight Training Device non-motion flight simulators, Boom Operator Flight Trainers, Engine Maintenance Trainers, Main Landing Gear Trainers, and a Cargo Load Trainer. These training devices are spread across two different training sites: Joint Base – McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst, New Jersey, and Travis Air Force Base, California.

In addition, the Training System Support Center (TSSC), located in downtown Fairfield, California (10 miles from Travis AFB), supports both training sites with engineering support, courseware maintenance and development, configuration management, cybersecurity, information system support, and programmer support. The estimated contract completion date is 30 June 2021.
