Pinnacle, as the Managing Member of the Xebec Joint Venture, is a prime contract holder on the Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division’s (NAWCTSD’s) Training System Contract (TSC) IV Multiple Award Contract. The scope of TSC IV includes training system design, development, production, test and evaluation, delivery, modification, and support. TSC IV has a Ceiling Amount of $980 million dollars. The ordering period is five years with one 2-year option ordering period and two 1-year option ordering periods, for a potential ordering period of nine years. If all options are exercised, the ordering periods extend through 2027.
