Pinnacle Solutions, Inc. as a sub-contractor to Boeing-Sikorsky Aircraft Support (BSAS) has been awarded an order to develop a new series of Technical Manuals (TMs) for a new variant of the MH-47G Chinook Helicopter. The TM series will include Flight and Maintenance Manuals. The newly developed maintenance manual will be developed using the new S1000D/MIL-STD-3031 standards and will be the first of its kind for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). The Pinnacle Team, working with Pentecom, LLC, will be developing the manuals in a very compressed timeline, less than two years, to support an early 2016 introduction of the aircraft to the Regiment.
The contract has a ceiling valued at approximately $6.2 million at completion and the period of performance, which began in April of 2014, will extend through December 2015. Award of this effort validates Pinnacle’s position as a principal player in the Technical Manual Development market.
