Pinnacle Solutions, Inc. has been awarded a $9.59M multi-year contract for the sustainment of the US Air Force’s KC-10 Cargo Load Trainer (CLT). The CLT, located at Travis Air Force Base, California, replicates the cargo compartment of the KC-10 and is primarily used for cargo load training for Air Force Boom Operators. Pinnacle will be responsible for the development and update of syllabi, courseware, and training scenarios to comply with Air Mobility Command (AMC) training standards and to implement a new training information management system. Additionally, Pinnacle and its primary subcontractor, FlightSafety Services Corporation, will be responsible for the logistics and maintenance support of the CLT, as well as operating and maintaining all associated material handling equipment, providing loading crews, and building cargo loads to support the load training.
